Honeywell Material Handler - Level 3 (1st shift) in Tempe, Arizona
As a Material Handler Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within our facility. You will ensure materials are handled efficiently and safely to support production and operational needs.
You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the smooth flow of materials and inventory accuracy, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the supply chain operations within the business unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1st shift 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies.
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment according to order specifications.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies promptly.
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in material handling or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Knowledge of inventory control processes and safety procedures related to material handling.
Proficiency in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software for inventory tracking and order processing.
WE VALUE
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in warehouse or material handling roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
Basic computer skills including experience with inventory software.
