Description
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our clients team in Tempe, Arizona. This role will act as a key advisor to manufacturing leadership, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across unionized and non-unionized environments. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multicultural, global organization, balancing operational needs with fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior manufacturing leadership, offering insights and guidance on organizational needs.
• Oversee and support both unionized and non-unionized employee groups, leveraging knowledge of collective bargaining agreements.
• Foster strong relationships across diverse cultures and regions, promoting inclusivity and collaboration.
• Provide hands-on HR generalist support, including employee relations, coaching, and performance management.
• Spend time on-site at the Phoenix-area plant to strengthen engagement and address operational needs.
• Build trust and credibility through effective communication and partnership with all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with East Coast operations to ensure consistency in HR practices and policies.
• Support the implementation of company initiatives, including AI-driven growth strategies.
• Drive HR strategies to align with the company’s financial and operational goals.
• Stay informed on best practices and trends to enhance HR effectiveness.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist, with a preference for manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of union environments, including experience with collective bargaining agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across a multicultural, global workforce.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in a public company setting is a plus.
• Self-motivated and capable of balancing strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee relations best practices.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
