Job Title: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Lead
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 (A/C Temperature Controlled)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (30-minute lunch break)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate for our Tempe warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with lead or supervisor experience. You will be responsible for shipping and receiving, cycle counting, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. This position has potential to become the warehouse lead after hire.
Key Responsibilities
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely
Load and unload shipments (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
Handle shipping and receiving duties
Perform cycle counts and inventory tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Prepare items every Monday for Tuesday deliveries to Tucson (occasional drop off)
Use warehouse management software (Oracle and Flexi experience a plus)
Work both on and off the computer as needed
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license (no warehouse driving required, but needed for drop off after hire)
Previous warehouse and forklift experience required
Tech savvy; ability to learn new software and processes (Oracle and/or Flexi is a plus)
Lead or supervisor experience strongly preferred
Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dress Code
Steel toe boots required
Jeans, cargo pants, or cargo shorts
T-shirt (nothing offensive or political)
Compensation
- $21 – $23 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
