Description
The "Relay for Drayage Operations - Cross Border Execution (XBE)" team at Amazon plays a key role in managing and optimizing freight movement across borders, particularly in the drayage (short-distance freight transport) segment. Here's a breakdown. -Manage Cross-Boarder Freight: Oversee the movement of goods across international borders (e.g. U.S - Canada - Mexico), ensuring compliance and efficiency. -Drayage Operations: Coordinate short-haul trucking (typically from ports or border crossings to fulfillment centers or warehouses. -Real-Time Issue Resolution: Act as a central point for resolving transportation issues involving carriers, vendors, and internal Amazon teams. · Making sure the loads are visible on the app using excel and portals · Managing disruptions on the portal · Running reports (i.e why a container sat without movement for awhile) · Tracking containers in your region · Reporting out verbally on things that are happening in your scope · Bridging – container deep dive of info, delays, present to stakeholders · Working with Excel for tracking containers · Writing skills – communicate via Chime, Slack, email, bridges · Individual heads down work – assigned volume and book of business · Moving containers across supply chain line, tracking data and discovering nuances Aggravate data Excel – pivots, vlookups at minimum

Looking for backgrounds supporting logistics preferably in an account management or vendor management role. · If not logistics experience, then customer/account management experience handling customer accounts · Expertise in MS Access and SQL a plus · Experience in manufacturing transportation customer service and/or distribution environments · Data management data quality control experience with experience pulling and analyzing large sets of data · Demonstrated experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement. · A self-starter who loves data and who enjoys spotting the trends in it!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
