JPMorgan Chase Credit Ops Analyst II in Tempe, Arizona
You will serves as a leader by providing expertise to support critical initiatives within CLS with focus on process excellence and innovation. Identify, develop and implement innovation strategies and solutions to enhance our services and processes. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, research emerging technologies and lead initiatives that foster a culture of innovation within CLS.
Job responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy and foster a culture of creativity and idea generation by encouraging team members at all levels to contribute to innovation ideas
Manage Overall Innovation Performance - set clear goals and expectations, tracking team progress against goals, addressing performance problems and issues promptly
Drive process optimization, waste elimination, expense reduction, improved customer experience and audit readiness projects through leading strategic initiatives
Collaborative and ability to influence key stakeholders including Marketing, Business Partners, Product Owners, Controls and Cross Line of Business Operations to define end to end lending solutions that are sustainable and controllable
Lead Automation, Robotics and Machine Learning initiatives by partnering with technology to build use cases, design future automated processes, write user stories, conduct UAT testing and deliver final product
Develop networks and build alliances; collaborate across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals
Project/strategic planning and business background with in depth understanding of assigned areas of responsibility
Able to solves business problems and escalate when necessary
Able to communicate effectively to audiences at all levels
Exhibits professional and ethical conduct. Is willing to do what is necessary to get the work done for the good of the team
Competent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong teamwork and negotiation skills
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum of 4 years' work experience, ideally with Strategy, Card Lending, Card Service, or Customer-Centric Function
Strong lending knowledge and ability to recognize interdependencies with Card Lending, Card Service, Digital and other key partners
In-depth knowledge of customer's journeys, including ability to articulate break points, and provide customer obsessed solutions
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strategic business mindset with ability to influence and execute process improvements
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with flexibility to adapt
Ability to manage multiple initiatives across CCB Service Operations
Consultative approach with effective interaction and communication at all levels
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and identify big ideas
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio-Process Maps)
Experience with Agile practices
Experience with Change Manager tools
