Bilingual Performing Loan Consultant

Work Arrangement: In‑Office in Tempe, AZ
Shift:
Training:
Weeks 1–2: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weeks 3–4: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Production: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls supporting homeowners with mortgage‑related questions and past‑due payments
Identify customer needs and establish practical payment solutions to help accounts become current
Accurately document interactions while meeting performance, quality, and compliance standards
Qualifications
Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high‑volume phone environment
Comfortable working with Windows‑based systems and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
