As a Performing Loan Consultant, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for homeowners, helping them navigate mortgage questions and find solutions during very important moments in their lives.
This is a full‑time, onsite role in Tempe, AZ with long‑term growth potential.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for homeowner inquiries via inbound and outbound calls.
Deliver exceptional customer service while handling sensitive and confidential financial information.
Speak with homeowners who are past due on their mortgage, identify the reason for delinquency, and help create customized payment solutions.
Assist inbound callers with general mortgage servicing questions, including escrow, website support, and payoff inquiries.
Process mortgage payments accurately and efficiently.
Refer eligible customers to refinancing teams when appropriate.
Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately.
Meet daily performance goals in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented call center environment.
Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and professional standards.
Qualifications
Ability to work onsite in Tempe, AZ, Monday–Friday.
Open availability to work 8‑hour shifts between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
English fluency required; Spanish/bilingual required.
Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and empathetic.
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and multiple systems simultaneously.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Must be able to start on April 27, 2026 or May 11, 2026, with no planned time off in the first 30 days.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
