Adecco is seeking a dependable and hardworking Utilities associate to join our team in Temecula, CA. This role is critical to maintaining smooth production operations by supporting production floor, organization, and overall facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Support production by fulfilling the lines with raw materials
Moving gaylords and finished pallets within warehouse
Staging finished products using EPJs
Wrapping pallets, bending, stooping, and extending overhead
Attend 5-6 machines per shift to ensure efficient daily operations
Remove waste, clean work areas, and restock necessary supplies
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar environment is a plus
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
