ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Engineer II in Temecula, California

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting manufacturing operations.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer II

Location: Temecula, CA

12 Months Contract / 100% Onsite

Pay Range: $45/hr to $50/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Exercise knowledge of technical skills and understanding of manufacturing operations and business objectives

  • Lead and take ownership of complex manufacturing engineering tasks with multiple inter-coordinating elements

  • Anticipate and identify key issues, making recommendations for resolution where precedent may not exist

  • Apply new methods and approaches to resolve technical challenges, considering system impacts

  • Collaborate with peers and mentors through peer review to ensure project accuracy and effectiveness

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering

  • 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience

  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work proactively and lead technical tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
