Our client, a leader in manufacturing and process innovation, is seeking an Engineer, Manufacturing to join their team. As an Engineer, Manufacturing, you will be part of the production support and process validation department supporting extrusion and equipment validation of production equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide line support for extrusion and equipment validation of production machinery

• Assist in production support and process validation activities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment issues

• Write protocols and reports to document validation and troubleshooting activities

• Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation to improve efficiency

What's Needed?

• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or process validation

• Strong troubleshooting skills for manufacturing processes and equipment

• Ability to develop and implement process improvements

• Excellent documentation and report writing skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
