What Success Looks Like:
From Day 1, you will take the lead in managing Supply, Demand, new product launches, and logistics projects within a specific category. You will be responsible for ensuring market readiness and product availability within your lineup.
You will collaborate with a dynamic team that includes Marketing, Finance, Sales, and external partners. As the primary contact for P&G counterparts in sourcing sites and planning centers across Europe, your role will be crucial in driving the success of our operations.

Job Qualifications
We Are Looking For:
Outstanding graduates (Bachelor's or Master's degree) who are eager to learn and grow.
No prior experience is required, though it’s a plus.
Natural leaders who are passionate about making things happen.
Individuals with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English and Hebrew.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience with data analysis or technological tools is advantageous.
