How You’ll Spend Your Day
Testing of control design (walkthrough) according to Teva's SOX methodology
Testing of controls for effectiveness according to Teva's SOX methodology
Obtaining /maintaining sufficient documentation/ audit evidence for all work performed
Coordinating and monitoring the remediation procedures for the business with impacted stakeholders where testing exceptions are noted
Monitoring of SOX database (AuditBoard / Optro) including the updating of system users and issuance of communications through this SOX system
Performing activities related to certain SOX projects within the team as required.
Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Minimum 3 years of experience in testing and control frameworks for companies subject to SOX requirements
CPA and Big 4 experience an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and SAP required
Pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing industry knowledge an advantage
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work according to set time schedules and deliver in a timely manner
Be self-motivated and strive for excellence
