Cornerstone OnDemand Business Development Representative in Tel Aviv, Israel
This is a Hybrid role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for growing Cornerstone’s prospect pipeline, generating leads, and identifying sales opportunities for an industry-leading on-demand web-based talent management software solution. BDAs divide their time on the telephone prospecting and identifying potential opportunities, and qualifying inbound leads generated by marketing. Due to time zone differences of up to 3 hours, the BDA will need to manage a flexible schedule that provides availability to prospects across their territories, as necessary.
This position will be based in territory. It will report to the BD Manager and work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams. In this role you will...
Prospect via phone, email and Linkedin
Utilize Outreach to maximum with targets sequence-prospecting
Use AI to create prospecting sequences
Be responsible for keeping your funnel clean without leakage
Qualify by aligning to prospects's needs, goals, and objectives per MEDDPICC
Build a prospect database
Use Salesforce.com to accurately log and track relevant prospect and opportunity information
Build strong internal and external relationships
Consistently meet or exceed established quotas
Develop expertise in Learning and Talent Management, and deep knowledge of territory
Support EMEA Marketing initiatives; trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events in your territory

You’ve got what it takes if you have...
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of lead generation, account management, or sales experience in an HR software company, or equivalent Solution Selling Skills
Minimum of 1 year experience working with clients in territory
High fluency English + fluency in relevant local languages
Experience using a CRM or contact management system
A sales ‘shark’ mentality; door-opening approach
Proven experience of translating product functionality into client value
Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
Aptitude for Technology, including using web-based software and internet tools
Excellent communication (telephone and email), time management, presentation, and organizational skills
Openness and ability to be coached
Passion for winning, persistence and determination
A plus: Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, Lusha, SalesNavigator, 6Sense and other relevant Sales Optimization tools
