Role Summary:

As a Customer Development Services Analyst, you will be a key element of the Customer Development team, supporting the sales operations for one of our top customers. This role is vital in accelerating administrative processes for the sales force, specifically managing credit notes and proof of performance documentation to ensure compliance with our Gross To Net policy. By providing critical visibility to sales executives and finance leadership, you will directly influence the team’s ability to meet business priorities and optimize commercial activities. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence and impact our Days Outstanding Sales (DOS) performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the end-to-end credit note process by validating requirements against Gross to Net guidelines to ensure timely and accurate client credits.

  • Manage commercial activity documentation by scanning and organizing supporting paperwork and ticket requests within the planned system to maintain audit readiness.

  • Drive stakeholder visibility by providing sales executives with real-time status updates on requests, empowering them to take swift corrective actions.

  • Support financial performance optimization by monitoring checking accounts and reporting status to the Country Finance Manager to reduce Days Outstanding Sales (DOS) impact.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with the office helper and downloading trade agreements from external portals like Walmart to streamline administrative workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study

  • At least 1+ year of professional experience in administrative or accounting roles.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel management for data organization and reporting.

  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
