Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor for Tazewell, VA and surrounding areas coordinates and evaluates the day to day implementation of the overall program for treatment foster care (TFC). The Clinical Supervisor assists the Program Director in assuring that the Treatment Coordinator staff develop, implement and monitor effective treatment programs in TFC homes. The Clinical Supervisor will recruit the new TFC staff (and TFC parents, where necessary) and develop and revise procedures to assure continuous program quality and compliance with licensing and regulatory agencies.
The Program Supervisor will receive high levels of ongoing individual and group supervision and training.
Essential Responsibilities
Supervision of treatment staff.2. Oversee treatment planning.3. Provide overall clinical supervision for staff in the program.4. Perform direct clinical services.5. Uphold all standards and implementation of the Treatment Foster Care model.6. Provide documentation, record keeping, chart auditing7. Navigate EMR/EHR systems 8. Establish internal and external relationships and partnerships.
Qualifications
This position requires a Master’s Degree in human service field.
Professional license or license eligible preferred.
Clearances. State Police; FBI clearance; child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies.
Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
Working Conditions
Physical Demands: Requires vision, speech, and hearing and a moderate to high level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting and carrying as required.

Working Hours. Non-traditional hours as determined by the program.
