Our benefits may include: * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Consistent overnight scheduling * Flexible hours based on availability * Paid training and continuing education * Employee referral bonuses * Performance and recognition programs * Mileage and travel time reimbursement (where applicable) * Supportive team with RN oversight * Opportunities for advancement—we promote from within Responsibilities: * Provide attentive overnight care as directed by a nursing supervisor * Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting * Monitor and record vital signs as needed * Ensure client safety, comfort, and well being throughout the night * Assist with repositioning, mobility, and nighttime routines * Follow the established plan of care Requirements: * Current CNA certification in good standing * High school diploma or GED * Completion of a nursing assistant program * Current CPR certification and negative TB test * Minimum of one (1) year of experience preferred * Reliable transportation (if applicable) * Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clients We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
