Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Set up and stock food preparation stations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
Ensure timely food preparation during peak hours
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with inventory and notify management of low stock
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25--50 pounds
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
