Job Description
Are you looking for a part-time role where you can sharpen your digital and communication skills whilst being at the forefront of fast-paced consumer learning at a multinational leader in the Consumer Products Goods industry?
Join P&G as a Working Student and support our German Innovation Center in creating consumer surveys, leading effective communication with consumers, and helping us to continuously improve our consumer learning operations through automation and smart processes.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while working up to 20 hours/week, allowing you to balance your studies with hands-on work in a multinational corporation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Coding of survey questionnaires (German & English): Set up Excel/Word questionnaires in common survey platforms, codify question logic trees, and test the coded questionnaires to ensure they work flawlessly for panelists. Contribute to automation (e.g., master questionnaires and standard templates).
Panelist communication (German & English): Answer panelist questions in a clear, concise and timely manner (mainly via email) in a way that respects and appreciates the panelist and fosters positive engagement. Analyze recurring questions and codify them into FAQs/Q&As. Support automation through templates and standard responses.
Data handling & basic analysis: Download, clean, combine and analyze data using statistical software (e.g., JMP) and other digital tools as needed.
Help build systems & improve work processes: Identify and execute system and work-process improvements (e.g., trainings, documentation/CBAs, automation and simplification ideas) related to panel administration and survey execution.

Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
Enrolled at a German university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Sociology, or a related field.
Proven skills that are a must:
Digital skillset: coding survey questionnaires; programmatic thinking (abstract and codify logic tree of a questionnaire),basic fluency with statistical tools (e.g. JMP) and willingness to use AI to automate repetitive work.
Fluency in English and German (C1 equivalent); strong written communication (clear, concise, audience-appropriate).
Self-leadership, accountability and execution excellence; structured way of working and a continuous improvement mindset.
Living within commuting distance to Schwalbach am Taunus or Kronberg. It is an expectation to be physically present and work from our offices at least 3 days a week.
Team-oriented with a “can-do” attitude and a commitment to delivering with excellence and innovative results.
