They stay because they find a fulfilling career, room to grow, and opportunities to excel. *** The Big Task: - You will diagnose and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions while providing top-of-the-line customer service. - Proficiency with hand and power tools specific to the plumbing trade - Installing and servicing pipes, including joints, valves, drains, and fixtures in all types of structures - Responding to plumbing emergencies, troubleshooting the issue, and performing the repair (example: Fixing toilets, faucets, etc.) - Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time. Key Sub Tasks: - Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams. - Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out. - Keep your truck inventory up to date. - Properly complete jobs utilizing your company-supplied tablet. - Join the on-call rotation. - Maintain a clean and professional appearance. - Have and maintain a clean driving record. - Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. - Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.
