Commercial Plumber *** As a Commercial Plumber, you will install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, gas piping, and fixtures. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards. Additionally, you will troubleshoot plumbing issues, collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.*** Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems. - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. - Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions. - Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades. - Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards. - Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment. - Complete required documentation and job reports accurately. Essential Skills: - Experienced in construction and plumbing. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints. - Proficient in PVC, installation, and piping. - Licensed plumber with a valid state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master). - 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation methods Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various job site conditions. Job Type & Location: - This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Taunton, MA. Pay and Benefits: - The pay range for this position is \$35.00 - \$55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
