Job Description:
Provides frontline leadership and direct supervision to all staff on shift.
Assumes management responsibilities in the absence of Respiratory leadership.
Supports management decisions in a positive, professional manner.
Supervises the delivery of cardiopulmonary care in accordance with applicable policy and procedure.
Monitors patient progress to ensure effective therapist assessment and reassessment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Computer skills such as Word. [Required]
• Patient care skills to care for neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations. [Required]
• PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio proficiency [Preferred]
• Must demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and strong leadership qualities [Preferred]
Education:
• Associate'sin Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science [Required]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• N/A
Work Experience:
• 3+ years experience in a hospital as a RRT [Required]
• 1+ years in critical care [Required]

• S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification [Preferred]

$26.08 - $48.50
