Job Responsibility
Execute ACST QC laboratory operations including operating analytical equipment, facility maintenance, chemical management, etc.
Conduct QC testing such as IC, GC, HPLC, LC-TOF, ICP-MS…etc. to support MSA, site matching and product commercialization.
Conduct standard and non-standard (troubleshooting, trial) tests to provide reliable & prompt results to production and QC engineers to ensure high quality products supporting to customers
Establish and improve Lab. related documents/ SOP’s for customer’s audits and requirements.
Follow lab’s practice for equipment calibration/maintenance, spare part, chemicals and samples management
Manage lab wastes collection, storage and removal works to maintain high standard housekeeping
Qualifications
Education background in Polymer Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
Being able to do shift work
Independent work capability, as well as team work is required
2+ years lab working experience, especially for GC, IC, HPLC and ICP-MS operating experience is a plus
Strong learning attitude and ownership is a plus
Experience in technical support, DOE experience and industrial-working is a plus
Good English communication capability is a plus
