以公司最高道德、安全、環保及對人的尊重標準，支持生產線的試運轉、產量提升的各項工作確實執行及基本障礙排除。
配合生產工程師及製程技術專家的指揮，進行各項操作的學習、操作以及作業程序的檢討修訂。
負責工廠原物料、成品、生產工具、備品及零件的清點及狀況妥善維持。
配合各相關部門(MT, R&D, QA, QC, CI) 進行製程及操作的持續優化以達成客戶最佳品質的期待。
配合各項工程專案的操作需求檢視及安全檢查(例如PHA、PSM、PSSR等)
具有良好的團隊合作能力，能與其它部門(維護、廠務、安全衛生等)的相關工程人員共同執行各項大型保養及維修工作。
彈性配合因應生產製程所做的工作及操作時程調整
能夠執行現場生產線的輪班工作
