Job Description:
Start of the Finance Development Program is in September 2026 .
Your Main Mission
You will assume a full-time position and develop hands-on financial skills while collaborating with experienced and international teams across our Business Units and Corporate function.
During the two-year program, you will undergo four partly remote rotations each six months, such as Internal Audit, Plant Controlling, FP&A or Project Controlling, in an international environment in EMEA, offering you a fast track into the Finance world at TE Connectivity.
As part of our commitment to develop young and talented employees, you will be offered formal and informal trainings to enhance your business and soft skills. A senior leader will support you in steering your career path as your mentor.
Your Ideal Background
You have just recently graduated with a university degree in finance, accounting, business administration, industrial engineering or related disciplines
You are fluent in English, written & verbal (additional languages are an advantage)
You possess sound financial knowledge and analytical skills, as well as the agility to learn the tools necessary to perform your tasks
You have the passion and mindset to work in an international, industrial-oriented, fast-paced environment
You are flexible and willing to gain experiences in an international environment and set the foundation for your professional career. Already having worked or studied abroad is an ideal asset to bring
You are motivated and eager to take the initiative working independently as well as in a team
You are fit in MS Office applications (esp. MS Excel), other experience with analytical tools and ERP systems is an advantage
