What You Will Do *
Plans and organizes all elements of product manufacturing and distribution related to the acquisition of materials and services.
What You Will Learn
Monitors the transportation and delivery of products. Tracks and manages Supplier work in process (WIP), promise dating, expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flow. May oversee command center and drive part shortage resolution. Monitors tracking and shipping. Performs escalated expediting when required. May be a part of the procurement, command center or regional office organizations.
Qualifications You Must Have *

Has theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area.
Problems faced are difficult and may be complex.
Works autonomously with limited supervision.
Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Qualifications We Prefer
Works to achieve delivery assurance objectives. Executes process improvements and works with delivery assurance systems. Communicates with other departments with regard to meeting customer requirements. Maintains timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned components. Manages shipments and coordinates with sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.
Preferably with Supply Chain and SAP experience.

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs
or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
