What you’ll do:

The Global HR OPEX Senior Analyst plays a plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes, driving continuous improvement, and achieving Eaton’s strategic objectives. As a key contributor, the incumbant will participate in Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Kaizen events, ensuring alignment with the overall HR structure and strategy. Responsibilities include planning and execution on continuous improvement activities, transitioning work between groups and functions, and ensuring a strategic approach to HR operations.

HR Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and facilitate cross‑functional CI initiatives across HR and HRS, with accountability for driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and employee experience.

  • Collaborate and own Workstream Operational Excellence support for Global HR Shared Services Team

  • Partner with HRS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute CI opportunities aligned to operational and regional priorities.

  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Eaton Business System (EBS) tools to eliminate waste, improve process consistency, and support scalable HR service delivery across HRS operations.

  • Lead current‑state and future‑state process assessments, including documentation, benchmarking, and implementation planning to support standardized and harmonized processes.

  • Facilitate CI workshops (e.g., value stream mapping, process deep dives) and support cross‑functional alignment during implementation.

  • Support change management activities for CI initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness support, sprint planning, retrospectives.

  • Partner with the HRS leaders to support maintenance and readiness of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for HRS centers.

CI Capability Building

  • Act as a CI subject‑matter resource within HR and HRS, supporting teams in the effective application of EBS, Lean, and Six Sigma tools.

  • Collaborate with HRS teams on KPI monitoring and performance insights, helping translate data into improvement opportunities.

  • Encourage a continuous improvement culture through coaching, practical problem‑solving, and reinforcement of standard work.

  • Leverage corporate EBS and OPEX resources to ensure alignment to CI frameworks, tools, and leading practices.

  • Incorporate CI tools, templates, and learning resources into HR standard work to strengthen capability and sustainability.

  • Champion data accuracy, privacy, and ZIC-related process improvements, ensuring issues and opportunities are addressed through CI methods.

Digitization and Technology Support

  • Identify and assess opportunities for automation and digitization within HR and HRS processes, focusing on usability, efficiency, and consistency.

  • Participate in and lead technology pilots and improvement initiatives, supporting requirements definition, testing, and readiness activities.

  • Support and Lead reporting aligned with CI initiatives to track productivity, efficiency, and benefits realization.

  • Submit, track, and support ServiceNow enhancement requests in collaboration with HR, HRS, and technology teams, with attention to employee experience and global standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; other disciplines considered with relevant experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, and/or technology implementations

  • Working knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt certification preferred.

  • Experience with HR processes or HR Services is preferred

  • Strong commitment to Continuous Improvement and driving sustainable change

  • Ability to support change management initiatives and work effectively with stakeholders

  • Strong skills in metrics, data analysis, and translating insights into improvement actions

  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities

  • Customer‑focused, results‑oriented, and accountable for outcomes

  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution

  • Ability to collaborate across teams to gain alignment and buy‑in for CI initiatives

  • Technical aptitude to learn and support HR technologies and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Visier)

  • Working knowledge of HRMS (Oracle), SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems is desirable

  • Amenable to work in a Hybrid setup (3x per week) in FPIP1, Tanauan, Batangas, following a shifting schedule, starting with US shift.
