What you’ll do:
This role will provide HR administrative back-office support including HR system on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Shared Service functions. Supporting the HRS in providing a comprehensive HR service to HR clients, managers and staff within the organization
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Cultivate a Positive Work Environment:
Promote Eaton’s goals, values, and philosophies.
Encourage teamwork and continuous improvement across the organization.
HRMS Data Management:
Perform and facilitate accurate HRMS entries for managers and employees.
Validate HR data to ensure completeness and correctness.
Data Integrity Maintenance:
Maintain the integrity and security of HRMS data.
Safeguard employee personal information and ensure accuracy of records.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain up‑to‑date employee personal records.
Support the retrieval, preparation, and reporting of HR‑related information.
Process Documentation and Improvement:
Contribute to the creation and enhancement of business process documentation.
Participate in process improvement efforts to increase operational efficiency.
Employee Engagement:
Support and help drive internal employee engagement activities.
Work collaboratively to develop and execute engagement initiatives that support a positive culture.
Support HRS Projects and Programs:
Assist in the execution of HRS initiatives, projects, and programs.
Collaborate with the HRS team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of shared services.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
Good communication skills - both verbal and written
Computer literate and able to do simple Excel actions
Strong attention to details.
Must be willing to work on night/rotating shift
Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
