Job Requirements
Set up CNC machines according to engineering blueprints.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional tolerances.
Perform autonomous and preventive maintenance on machines.
Modify CNC programs as needed using CAD/CAM software.
Interpret and apply G-Code and M-Code for machine operations.
Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and understanding.
Work with tight tolerances and precision components.
Identify and resolve machining issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Operate Sparking EDM machines for tooling and repair projects.
Fabricate parts in accordance with dimensional specifications from technical drawings.
Program CNC machines using G-Code.
Manufacture electrodes using milling and lathe machines.
Maintain and update inventory of tools, accessories, and instruments used in EDM operations.
Machine jigs and fixtures as required.
Ensure safety and proper maintenance of all tool room equipment, especially the Sparking EDM machine.
Uphold 5S housekeeping standards and foster teamwork and coordination across departments to support compliance with company policie
What your background should look like
Proficient in CNC programming and machine setup based on blueprints.
Ability to interpret mechanical and technical drawings.
Knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, and P-Code.
NC II Certification is an advantage.
Experience with plastic connector products is a plus.
Skilled in operating surface grinding and milling machines.
Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and machining principles.
