Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Shuttle Buggy Operator to support asphalt paving operations by safely and efficiently transferring hot mix asphalt from haul trucks to the paver. The Shuttle Buggy Operator plays a key role in maintaining continuous paving operations, preventing material segregation, and ensuring high-quality mat consistency while adhering to safety and project specifications.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience
Any FDOT/DOT experience Operate shuttle buggy/material transfer vehicle to receive, remix, and transfer asphalt to the paver
Coordinate truck exchanges to maintain continuous paving without stopping the paver
Monitor material flow, temperature, and consistency to prevent segregation
Communicate effectively with truck drivers, paver operator, screed operator, and foreman
Maintain proper spacing and alignment with the paver during operations
