About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, youwill play a pivotal role in delivering complex, critical environment projectsfor a key client. You will be responsible for the successful execution ofprojects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategicbusiness objectives.
This is a demanding yet rewarding opportunity where you willmanage heavy industrial projects, including industrial factory linedeployments, critical MEP automation equipment installations, clean roomconstruction, and Secured Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)communications. While the primary focus is on production line equipment andspecialized industrial environments, experience with hospital projects is avalued plus.
This job is part of the Project Management function. Theyare responsible for the management of projects from initiation throughcompletion.
This is a hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ or possiblyTampa, FL.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all phases of projects including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.
Ensure that contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely, and compliant.
Monitor billing, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring and control, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.
Work cross-functionally with other disciplines to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
Identify complex project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans.
Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. A college degree in a STEM field and/or Construction is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
