As a Product Manager in Internal Reporting, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
As a Vice President, Reporting Channel in Corporate and Investment Bank Merchant Services, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an internal reporting channel that centralizes access to merchant reporting, enables scalable self-service analytics, and delivers timely, accurate regulatory outputs. Success looks like high adoption of trusted, business-ready reporting and AI-enabled insights, strong governance and controls, and measurable decommissioning of legacy reporting platforms.
Job responsibilities
Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Reporting Channel Internal aligned to Merchant Services priorities
Establish governance for reporting content lifecycle, entitlements, and quality across curated and self-service experiences
Centralize internal access to external merchant reporting with strong identity, entitlementing, and traceability controls
Curate and maintain a library of certified reports and dashboards with disciplined release cadence, versioning, and change control
Enable self-service BI via reusable semantic layers, certified datasets, and scalable publishing workflows
Prioritize and deliver high-impact use cases including reports, semantic models, and AI-driven insights to maximize adoption and efficiency
Partner with data domain owners and ADAP to source trusted data, define metadata and lineage, and ensure SLA-backed availability
Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to operationalize advanced analytics into governed, interpretable reporting workflows
Plan and execute structured decommissioning of legacy platforms including migration, parity validation, and adoption enablement
Embed risk, controls, privacy, and auditability across ingestion, processing, and distribution with least-privilege access
Provide executive-ready updates on outcomes, value realization, adoption, and delivery status across stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8+ years of product management experience in reporting, analytics, or data platform roles
Demonstrate domain experience in payments, merchant acquiring, risk, or technology-enabled services
Show proven ability to build and scale enterprise reporting products with curated and self-service capabilities
Apply strong product discipline including roadmap management, prioritization, release management, and change control
Operate effectively in regulated environments with risk, control, and audit requirements
Define product metrics and measure success using clear outcomes, adoption signals, and service performance indicators
Communicate effectively with senior leadership through crisp narratives and decision-ready materials
Demonstrate technical fluency across modern data, analytics, and reporting stacks such as Snowflake and Cognos
Use SQL and data modeling skills to shape semantic layers, certified datasets, and reusable reporting assets
Design and govern entitlements using RBAC or ABAC, with focus on least privilege and traceability
Understand metadata, lineage, performance optimization, and SDLC practices to deliver scalable reporting platforms
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Experience partnering with AI/ML teams to integrate model outputs, predictive signals, or decisioning into reporting products
Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI in enterprise reporting environments
Comfort working with REST APIs and JSON, including practical error handling patterns
Ability to define SLIs and SLOs and instrument telemetry for adoption, quality, and performance
Strong ability to translate complex data and AI concepts into intuitive user experiences
Demonstrated coaching of analysts or report authors on standards, best practices, and product thinking; Consistent track record of driving self-service, reusability, measurement, and continuous improvement in reporting ecosystems
