Valet Living Recruiting Coordinator in Tampa, Florida
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role on our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the hiring process moving smoothly from start to finish. This includes supporting requisition creation, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding coordination, and serving as a helpful point of contact for candidates throughout their experience with us.
Compensation & Work Environment Details:
Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Work Environment: 100% remote
What You’ll Do
Create a welcoming and consistent experience for every candidate throughout the hiring process
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple roles, markets, and hiring leaders
Review and organize candidate applications to support recruiter prioritization and shortlisting
Manage post-offer and pre-boarding steps, including system workflows and readiness for day one
Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates following offer acceptance
Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the candidate journey
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Workday and related recruiting systems
Support recruiting teams with administrative and operational tasks that improve efficiency and cycle time
Run ad-hoc reporting to support recruiter and business needs
Contribute to special projects that enhance our recruiting processes
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative, HR, or recruiting support role
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates
A team-first mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly
Good judgment, with an eye for spotting process gaps or emerging issues early
Excellent planning, organization, time-management, and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Workday Recruiting experience is preferred

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
