Pharmacy Technician

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.49/hr.

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking licensed Pharmacy Technicians for an opportunity with a leading healthcare organization in Tampa, FL . This role is based in a climate-controlled distribution center and focuses on filling, packing, and preparing medication orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, package, and label medications according to prescription orders

  • Accurately count medications using manual and automated counting devices

  • Prepare and pack medication orders for shipment

  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment

  • Follow proper sanitation and medication handling procedures

Requirements

  • Active Florida Pharmacy Technician license (required)

  • 6+ months of Pharmacy Technician experience

  • Basic knowledge of drug names and pharmacy terminology

  • Ability to use computer systems for data entry and order processing

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts

  • Ability to lift 5–10 lbs regularly and up to 30–50 lbs occasionally

Pay Details: $18.49 per hour
