Job Description:

Manages relationships with key Imaging customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Develops targets in the assigned territory by analyzing market trends and identifying potential customers. Conducts thorough needs assessments to identify specific requirements of imaging stations, including equipment, software, and workflow processes. Customizes solutions to address any gaps and ensures compatibility with existing systems. Develops and presents comprehensive clinical training programs tailored to the needs of imaging staff. Provides hands-on training sessions, instructional materials, and ongoing support. Regularly updates training content to reflect new technologies and procedures. Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Develops strategic sales plans with clear objectives, identifying potential customers, and outlining steps to achieve sales targets. Monitors progress and adjusts sales plans as needed to ensure continued success. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and public speaking (platform skills) [Required]

• Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships and loyalty to the hospital as well as develop new referral sources [Required]

• Understanding of imaging and/or hospital processes [Required]

• Demonstrate initiative, poise, confidence and willingness to accept challenges. [Required]

• Ability to travel between hospital and Imaging locations. [Required]

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the position [Required]

• Must possess good time management skills and be customer and results oriented. [Required]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• or equivalent combination of education and experience

• business, nursing or related field

• business, nursing or related field

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of related experience [Required]

• 3+ years of related experience (medical related sales, imaging sales or equivalent) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$60,151.66 - $111,886.39
