The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Guest Services team across multiple campuses and in coordination with multiple departments. Responsibilities include:
Position Details:
Facility: St. Joseph's Hospitals (including multiple facilities)
Location: Tampa, FL
Status: Full Time, hourly
Shift Hours: Varies
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: No
Responsibilities include:
Supervises team members by overseeing the daily assignments and duties
Monitors team member performance, attendance, behavior, customer service and technical skills
Ensures staffing needs are met
Resolves customer service concerns/complaints
Makes regular rounds to all services and monitors workflow efficiency
Investigates and resolves patient concerns/complaints
Monitors team communication, team goals, and s patient access-related metrics
Coaches and counsels team members as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
This position will cover multiple campuses. Additional locations may be added as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Experience
3 years - Lead Role in a related field
4 years - Related experience in lieu of Associates
Education:
Associate's
High School Diploma with 4 years of related experience
