What You'll Do
Oversee daily café and catering operations with a focus on quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence
Drive creativity and innovation by developing engaging pop-ups, themed events, and unique dining experiences
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Build strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and bringing fresh ideas to enhance the program
Foster a high-energy, customer-focused culture that keeps the operation exciting and continuously evolving

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong background in food service management
Proven ability to lead dynamic, high-performing teams and drive cultural and operational transformation
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control experience
Demonstrated creativity and passion for developing innovative food programs and events
Excellent communication and client relationship skills with strong executive presence
Solid knowledge of culinary operations, food safety, and sanitation standards, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
