Position Description: Clinical Nurse III - Neonatal/Pediatric Critical Care Transport
The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team
Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information
The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse

Requirements:
2 Years RN acute care experience
RN experience in PICU or Pedi ER
At least 2000 hours of NICU level 2 or level 3 experience
Registered Nurse license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing orBS Healthcare related field or an RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification
Certification must be RN Professional, nationally recognized and applicable to the current primary area of practice on the approved Clinical Registered Nurse Certifications Grid
Preferred:
- 1 year Leadership experience

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:00AM - 6:00PM
Shift: Shift 4
Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No
