Have autonomy to electronically process accounts payable transactions by way of 3- way matching for Clients, USA, Canada and/or our Manufacturing plants

Coordinate assigned activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing using SAP FUSION, Wise or Canada platform

Function as an AP Champion to ensure proper and consistent compliance with Clients approved policies and procedures

Influence and work collaboratively with buyers, vendors, and various business partners to gain resolution on parked and blocked invoices Leverage your customer service and communication skills to respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues

Be empowered to think outside of the box and offer new and creative solutions and ways of working to improve our shared services environment Be involved in special projects that impact on our shared services working environment and overall, Client’s business goals

Candidates for Accounts Payable Administrator II must meet the following requirements to be considered:

2-4 years of accounts payable experience required

High School Diploma required. Prefer a college degree.

Processing high volume of invoices (75-100 days)

Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred Must be willing and able to work overtime during peak demand periods and monthly closing cycle

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Intermediate/advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including but not limited to working knowledge of vlookup and pivot tables

Consumer products background preferred

Experience with document imaging systems like Readsoft preferred

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
