What You'll Do
Strategic Ownership:
- Partner with the Head of Product to define a bold, clear product vision that aligns with our overall business goals and market ambitions.
Roadmap Leadership:
- Own and evolve the product roadmap — align priorities, define milestones, and continuously refine based on insights from stakeholders, users, and the competitive landscape.
Delivery Accountability:
Drive end-to-end product delivery.
Work closely with engineering and QA to ensure timely execution and high-quality releases.
Track progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure product launches stay on track.
Vendor & Integration Management:
- Lead the full lifecycle of third-party integrations — from vendor scouting and evaluation to onboarding, relationship management, and performance monitoring.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to turn vision into action.
Translate strategy into user stories and product requirements that deliver measurable value.
Market Insight & Research:
Stay ahead of trends in fintech and technology.
Conduct market research and user interviews to uncover opportunities for new products and product enhancements.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Сhampion a culture of data.
Use product analytics and user feedback to iterate, optimize, and make informed decisions that move the needle.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the voice of the product across the business.
Communicate clearly and often, gathering requirements, aligning expectations, and advocating for impactful product development.

What You Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management or project leadership within fintech or tech-driven environments.
Strong background in third-party vendor management and system integrations.
A data-savvy mindset — you don't just make decisions, you back them up.
Experience juggling multiple complex projects with competing priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams effortlessly.
A track record of driving product innovation that enhances user experience and business impact.
