The organization seeks a Production Designer / Art Director to execute high-quality creative across print, digital, and email channels. The role requires strong print design and email marketing capabilities, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and proficiency with modern work management tools. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and AI-assisted design workflows would support efficient production.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Support creative execution across print, digital, and email channels.
Produce and refine print design assets with accuracy and attention to detail.
Build and optimize email marketing assets and templates.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and contribute effectively in team workflows.
Utilize work management and collaboration tools to keep projects moving smoothly.
Contribute behind the scenes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Experience Requirements:
Experience as a design professional in corporate or structured environments.
Strong background in print design.
Hands-on experience with email marketing design and production.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS (preferred).
Experience with Workfront, Monday.com, or Slack.
Interest in or experience with AI-assisted design workflows (preferred).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
