SoftwareOne is a global leader in cloud and software services. We’re hiring a Data Analytics Associate in Taipei to deliver data analytics and business intelligence solutions, helping clients unlock the value of their data through Microsoft and cloud technologies.
The Role
Design and deliver business intelligence and analytics solutions based on Microsoft Power BI.
Provide consulting and advisory services on cloud-based data, machine learning, AI, and IoT architectures.
Plan, implement, and support data analytics projects, including solution deployment and user training.
Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance, proactively identifying and resolving customer issues.
Collaborate with sales teams to support business development and identify new opportunities.
What we need to see from you
What We Need to See from You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience using BI or data analytics tools; consulting experience is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report design and DAX; experience with SQL and data modeling preferred.
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based data platforms; knowledge of database management and complex SQL queries is a plus.
Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Python, or Java).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences; intermediate English proficiency required.
Preferred Skills / Certifications
Experience with business intelligence technologies (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Data Warehousing).
Exposure to Machine Learning, AI, or IoT projects.
Azure Fundamentals or related cloud certifications.
