Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and test engineering role.
Experience managing Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), Contract Manufacturer (CM), and component suppliers for data center networking hardware.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
8 years of experience developing manufacturing and test supply chains specifically for high-speed data center infrastructure.
Experience with hardware bring-up and bench testing in a lab environment, including root cause analysis with contract manufacturers.
Understanding of Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) devices, fabrication processes, Automated Test Equipment (ATE) testing, and Design for Testing (DFT) methodologies.
Proficiency in Python or SQL scripting to analyze manufacturing data and automate reporting.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end manufacturing plan, leading design and operations reviews to drive key Design for Excellence (DFx) deliverables and global test strategies.
Provide on-site and remote support for pre-production builds, ensuring factory readiness and conducting product debug training for manufacturing teams.
Manage the bonepile and lead yield bridge analysis to improve quality, collaborate with reliability engineers to set New Product Introduction (NPI) production goals.
Lead technology assessments for new products, influencing design decisions to highlight manufacturing risks and develop.
Direct cross-functional teams to resolve component or build quality excursions and coordinate second-source part qualifications and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates.
