Amazon Senior Account Manager (GameTech), AWS Taiwan Sales Team in Taipei, Taiwan

AWS is seeking an experienced sales professional to help manage the customer relationship in GameTech industry. As an Sr. Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Cloud Computing adoption within the most dynamic companies in Taiwan. Your responsibilities will include communicating with the customer’s leadership team, with the goals of maximizing customer success and customer satisfaction.
Key job responsibilities
Drive cloud usage growth and market share in the assigned territory
Meet or exceed quarterly business goals.
Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Manage and support customer interactions
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
The account manager will closely work with customers in GameTech industry to promote AWS services in a defined territory or industry vertical and help customer to adopt cloud as a trusted advisor.
The account should maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and work with partners to extend reach & promote adoption.
The account manager should orchestrate resources for executions in center of engagement and work with Solutions Architect, Business Development Manager, Professional Service, Partner Manager, and necessarily global service team to execute plan.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving adoption of new and disruptive technologies
Experience managing strategic accounts and working with multiple business units and technology teams
Understanding of AI and ML applications in Gaming, including generative AI use cases, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
A strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service would be preferred but not required
