Reports To: VP Client Analytics
Job content
Analyze banking data across customer, transaction, deposit, investment, and product domains to support business strategy
Provide customer centric initiatives by customer analytics for business growth and issues identification
Design and maintain management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis for business and management teams
Implement standard campaign process by regional guideline for campaign execution and performance evaluation
Implement Propensity model to prioritize customer potential for targeting strategy and conversion rate improvement
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data definitions and analytical metrics
Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines
Posses relevant experience in data analysis, MIS, or reporting within banking or financial services
Strong data analytic skill with hands-on experience in SAS, SQL or Python, and working with large-scale databases or data warehouses
Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI or analytical tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
Solid understanding of banking and financial products, including wealth management, deposits, loans and cards
Familiarity with customer analytics, segmentation, or campaign performance analysis
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable message for non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Exposure to AI / ML use cases is preferred
Experience in integrating external open-source data with internal banking data to develop analytical use cases and business application is preferred
