Your role and responsibilities
Modernize Enterprise Integration at Scale
We are hiring a Senior Application Architect to lead enterprise integration and automation delivery programs, while driving modernization toward container-based and cloud-native platforms.
You will own architecture decisions in complex delivery programs and guide clients through real-world modernization — not just design concepts.
What You Will Lead:
Integration Architecture Ownership
Design and lead enterprise integration architecture across mission-critical systems.
Define API-first and event-driven integration patterns.
Architect automation platforms (ESB, BPM).
Ensure scalability, performance, and production stability.
Modernization Toward Container Platforms
Lead modernization from traditional middleware to containerized environments.
Design hybrid architectures integrating legacy systems with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Guide teams in containerizing integration workloads.
Drive CI/CD and automation adoption.
Delivery & Technical Authority
Serve as the lead architect in project execution.
Ensure architecture integrity from design through production rollout.
Resolve complex cross-domain technical issues.
Mentor developers and architects.
Required technical and professional expertise
Required Experience
7+ years in application or integration architecture.
10+ years in software engineering or system design.
Experience delivering enterprise integration projects.
Strong middleware or integration platform background.
Practical experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.

Observability basics
Preferred technical and professional experience
'- IBM middleware portfolio (WAS, Liberty, MQ, Db2, APIC, ACE, BAW, EventStreams)
Experience modernizing monolithic systems
Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Telecom, Government)
