Your role and responsibilities
Strategic Analysis and Modernized Solution Design: Analyze and translate IT requirements using modernization frameworks into components of a modernized solution.
Agile Development and Containerized Application Testing: Develop and test applications on container platform and be part of Delivery/Engagement teams.
Optimize Modernization Assets and Methods: Reuse and enhance modernization assets, methods, and collateral.
Innovative Container Infrastructure Solutions and Collaboration: Collaborate in the design and implementation of container infrastructure solutions and services for our customer's needs.
Required technical and professional expertise
10+ years of experience in application architecture, software development, or related roles
Proficiency in Java Spring Boot with hands-on experience in front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologies
Practical experience with EFK, Kafka, and Redis
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and leadership capability to mentor junior team members
Preferred technical and professional experience
Project experience and domain knowledge in the insurance industry
Hands-on project experience in financial core system transformation
Hands-on experience with DevOps toolchains and container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift
