The CS & Operations Administrator is responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-invoice cycle, coordinating logistics and shipments, and delivering day-to-day operational and administrative support. The position works closely with internal teams, external partners, and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate order execution, timely delivery, and smooth operational processes.

This position reports to the Sr.Business Analyst (hebin.jeon @radiometer.kr) and is part of the Business Operation Team, Sales located in Taipei (Taiwan) and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Order Management & Customer Support - Manage the end-to-end order-to-invoice processing in ERP, customer inquiry handling, and maintenance of accurate and compliant order documentation.

  • Logistics & Shipment Coordination - Coordinate outbound shipments, manage shipping documentation, and monitor delivery execution while supporting inventory movements and backorder resolution.

  • Operational Support & Process Excellence - Provide operational and administrative support across operations, commercial, and finance functions, ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and operational accuracy.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Univerity graduation

  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service, logstics or operations

  • Taiwanese & English communication skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries is preferred but not mandatory
