In this Data Analytics Engineer role, you will help shape the future of HVACR by turning data into meaningful action and influence how energy efficiency, system reliability, and customer performance insights drive innovation across the industry. Work Description:
Build and maintain robust data pipelines that support analytics tied to HVACR product performance, service operations, energy efficiency, and customer insights.
Develop clean, reliable datasets and data models used to improve equipment performance, fleet uptime, and predictive maintenance initiatives.
Partner with engineering, service, product management, and field teams to translate technical and operational needs into scalable data solutions.
Implement data quality practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across equipment telemetry, sensor data, and operational systems.
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends related to equipment behavior, environmental conditions, and system optimization.
Support deployment of dashboards and analytics tools that help teams make data‑driven decisions about HVACR systems, service operations, and sustainability goals.
Investigate data issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and develop long-term corrective solutions.
Qualification:
Skills may be demonstrated through many paths, including formal education, technical certifications, industry experience, hands‑on work, apprenticeships, or self‑taught learning. A related degree is preferred but not required.
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. HVACR is preferred.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both Chinese and English.
Effective teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
Curiosity about new technologies and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
