Wells Fargo Process Engineer in Taguig City, Philippines

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives

  • Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data

  • Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions

  • Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities

  • Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration

  • Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership

  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training or education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience with the Alfresco Lightweight Workflow tool, iGrafx (or similar process repository tool), Microsoft products

  • Review design documentation received from onshore resources(s)

  • Configure new LWWF models or modify existing LWWF models.

  • Test in multiple environments, promoting to subsequent environments when ready.

  • Coordinate with onshore resource re: readiness and/or issues.

  • Should be well versed with techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, JIRA, SharePoint, and advanced Excel.

  • Experience leveraging automation and low-code tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) to support process improvements.

  • Familiarity with Python or scripting for data analysis or process insights

  • Experience with Risk Identification techniques, including RCSA, Root Cause Analysis, control reviews/testing, and audit support.

  • Exposure to process testing, validation, and readiness coordination with onshore or cross-functional teams.

  • Willing to work US hours

  • Willing to work onsite (BGC office)
