FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Supervisor of Supply Chain Operations is responsible for the efficient receipt and distribution of supplies and equipment; patient care equipment tracking and management; and procedural cart standardization and execution, on a 24/7 basis, throughout all MultiCare facilities. The Supervisor will manage inventory levels and ensure supply availability and the efficient utilization of supply resources, as well as, supervise, schedule and evaluate a team of employees to accomplish their objectives. Requirements Associates degree required or two (2) years of experience in receiving and distribution in lieu of degree will be considered Minimum two (2) years materials management experience in distribution Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a lead or a supervisory role Experience with computerized inventory management program preferred About Allenmore Hospital MultiCare Allenmore Hospital has served Tacoma since 1929, offering convenient access to primary and specialty care services. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $66,997.00 - $96,408.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
